This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 638 platform. By registering for or using any 638 service, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the 638 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with all related policies displayed on our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 638 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

We recommend using a strong, unique password and never sharing your login credentials with anyone.
638 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any of the stipulated terms, engaged in fraud, made false claims, or disrupted platform operations.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 638 support team. Any balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Holding more than one active account on the 638 platform is strictly prohibited. Users found operating multiple accounts risk having all such accounts permanently closed and forfeiting any associated balances or bonuses.
This prohibition extends to the use of different names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment details for the purpose of creating additional accounts.
User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 638 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are expressly prohibited on our platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or other methods to exploit the platform's systems
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or the payment system
- Payment fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts
- Money laundering or engaging in any illegal financial activity using the 638 platform
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party

Any discrepancies or disputes relating to transactions must be reported to the 638 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Complaints received after this period may not be processable.

Under no circumstances shall 638's maximum liability to any user exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Users who access third-party links do so at their own risk and should review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
638 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying users via the platform or registered email. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Continued use of the 638 platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the appropriate dispute resolution procedures under Malaysian jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
